Thai New Year Event 2023 RSVP Form

I’m excited to announce that the Graduate Student Nurses Organization (GSNO) and the Thai Student Association (ThaiSA) are hosting a “Thai New Year Celebration.” It will be held on April 14, 2023 from 12:30-1:30pm at the CON 3rd Floor Event Center. The Thai New Year Celebration, also called the Songkran, has been a long-time annual tradition at UIC, and we’re so glad to bring it back! The Songkran is also known as the water splashing festival to wash away the previous year and welcome the new one. Our event will include dance performances, a water ceremony, and lunch! All CON students and CON/CON-related faculty/staff are invited! In terms of attire, national/cultural clothing is highly recommended but smart casual is definitely welcome. 

To ensure we have an appropriate amount of food and tables/chairs, RSVPs are required to attend the event. The RSVP form deadline is Thursday, March 30th 11:59pm.
