Whitman Poms Clinic Form and Waiver
Eleventh Annual Walt Whitman High School POMS Clinic

When:  Saturday, November 6th, 2021

Where: Walt Whitman High School Gym: 7100 Whittier Boulevard, Bethesda, MD 20817

Time: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Check-in starts at 8:45AM)

Who: Kids Grades K-8 and the Walt Whitman HS Varsity Poms Squad

What to Wear: Workout gear - Leggings or Shorts, sneakers, t-shirt

What to Bring: water and snack (no peanuts or tree nut ingredients, please!)

Cost: $40 per student – includes clinic, t-shirt and mini pompoms to take home

COVID Protocols: Masks are required and will be worn by all indoors.

Parents, please return at 11:20 for a clinic demonstration!

Payments can be made via Venmo to @Hillary-Mintz (6768)

or mail a check payable to “WALT WHITMAN HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETICS” for $40 PER PARTICIPANT along with form to: DEANN SANDERS, 6404 KIRBY ROAD, BETHESDA, MD 20817'
