Northwest HS College Career Student Appointment Request to Meet with Military Recruiters
Northwest High School students are REQUIRED to complete this appointment request form in order to schedule meetings with Military Recruiters during lunch in the College Career Information Center, Room 126.  THIS FORM MUST BE SUBMITTED 24 to 48 hours prior to the meeting request date.
Meetings will take place during LUNCH.
A follow up email with the appointment confirmation will be sent to the student and the recruiter.
