Be a Hero to Homeless Pets

100% of your contribution to BISSELL Pet Foundation saves lives. Unlike other national animal welfare organizations, every dollar donated impacts pets through BPF’s lifesaving programs. 

Funding for BISSELL Pet Foundation is made possible thanks to generous donors like YOU. Your donation makes an immediate impact to reduce the number of pets in shelters and rescues through our proven adoption, spay/neuter, vaccination, microchipping, and crisis and disaster response programs.

BISSELL Pet Foundation is recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) Private Operating Foundation (Tax ID: 38-3853264). This means you can make a gift from your donor-advised fund or matching gift program to help us further our mission to end pet homelessness.

Monthly

Your monthly gift will help us reach more pets in more communities through BISSELL Pet Foundation’s lifesaving programs. Here are some examples of how your support will make an impact:

  • $20: Help one cat get adopted through BPF’s national Empty the Shelters event.
  • $35: Spay or neuter one shelter dog.
  • $50: Spay or neuter two shelter cats or help one dog get adopted through BPF’s national Empty the Shelters event.
  • $74: Save one mom and six puppies with vaccines and microchips.
  • $125: Transport one pet to a shelter with space.
  • $200: Provide lifesaving treatment to a heartworm positive dog.

Your gift funds spay/neuter clinics, the deployment of our veterinarian network and other initiatives to stop dogs and cats from multiplying. All pets impacted are also vaccinated and microchipped.

Transport

Your donation funds the transport of adoptable pets from overcrowded shelters to rescue partners with adopters seeking pets. Pets find homes, and lives are saved.

Your support enables our Animal Incident Management team to respond to crises ranging from natural disasters to disease outbreaks and puppy mill cases, even in the most difficult situations.

Your generosity removes the barrier of adopting or sheltering heartworm positive dogs by providing crucial funding for treatment and prevention.
