The USDA has extended a number of waivers through the summer months. These waivers include Meal Service Time, Non-congregate Feeding, and Parent and Guardian Pick Up. The waiver for Onsite Monitoring is available until 30 days after the end of the Public Health Emergency. If needed, please elect these waivers, even if you applied to use them during the 2021-22 school year. This is for data reporting purposes for the USDA.

Important: This wavier form is only for schools and districts operating the SSO. Schools or districts operating the SFSP should not fill out this form.
