Wisconsin Special Education Mediation System Stakeholder Feedback-WSEMS

Through the Wisconsin Special Education Mediation System (WSEMS), Wisconsin families of children with special needs and school districts, together or individually, can request mediation, a facilitated IEP meeting, or a facilitator for a resolution meeting from the WSEMS. This is a neutral and voluntary service provided at no cost.

Please take this brief 10 question survey, as this will help us plan for future support and training. Through this survey, we are looking for feedback from anyone who has or may use the WSEMS at some point. The information is anonymous and we will not be collecting email or IP addresses. Please take the survey even if you have no current knowledge of the WSEMS, as this information is important to us as well!
