Easy to use
It’s so easy to use this app, I just wish it let you pay in 15 minute increments like it indicates on the app! But it’s cheap, so I won’t complain too much! 100% so happy I got the app!
Login Issues
Logging into this app is inconsistent. Two different phones and two different accounts with login information correct had trouble with signing in. It will act as if it is about to load but will bring you back to the login screen. Because of this issue I got a ticket (was given within 10 minutes of being parked without payment.) If you are going to use this app just be conscious of login issues (one way to fix it we learned is to delete the app and download it again) and it didn’t send a notification of when my parking was going to expire. To add on, the city of Pensacola isn’t much help regarding this app if it has issues or at least the woman I talked to. She didn’t even know it had a notification feature. You also can’t purchase more time for a vehicle on this app until the time expires, this was an issue for a different phone and account. I hope this helps whoever visits Pensacola and uses this app.

Not user friendly- am I being scammed?
The app is not user friendly. I downloaded it paid my fee with no issue the first time, yesterday. Today I went to log in and it has a different email associated with my phone number so it won’t let me do anything. I tried to change password but when I enter my phone number again it just says the number is already in use. There are no options to trouble shoot to fix the situation. The email address they say is attached to my number has “redirect” in it. Makes me wonder if someone hacked it and is now redirecting my info to them. Does this mean somebody has my credit card info. I hope not but i can’t tell anything from the app with limited to no options to trouble shoot this. I guess I’ll just have to monitor my credit card or maybe even cancel it. I have no way to know if someone stole my info.
