This 3 night series will help expectant families feel prepared for birth and delivery of their baby. Understanding the physiology of birth is the focus of these classes. Group discussion will include the benefits of using comfort measures in labor, medications and anesthesia options for pain management, variations of labor, assisted deliveries, cesarean birth and what to expect in postpartum.
