About SCYSA
SCYSA caters to a wide range of age groups and competition levels. Our programs include the recreation season in the Spring, which is focused on teaching the fundamentals of fastpitch softball. We also have more competitive programs during the Summer and Fall seasons for those who are more experienced and looking to take their skills to the next level.
Spring 2024 Registration Is Now Closed
San Carlos Youth Softball registration is now closed for Spring! Our league is open to all girls as young as 4 years old. If you have any questions, please contact us at scysa@sancarlosyouthsoftball.org.

Weather
On rainy days, natural grass fields are often closed to protect players as well as fields. The turf fields are often kept open.

Players born between September 2014 and August 2016
Age 7 or 8 as of September 31, 2023
10U
Players born between September 2012 and August 2014
Age 9 or 10 as of September 31, 2023
12U
Players born between September 2010 to August 2012
Age 11 or 12 as of September 31, 2023
14U
Players born between September 2008 and August 2010
Age 13 or 14 as of September 31, 2023 (availability depends upon enrollment numbers). Note: Peninsula League may allow 13/14 year olds to play on a 12U team.
16/18U
Players born between September 2004 and August 2008
Age 15-18 as of September 31, 2023 (availability depends upon enrollment numbers).
