University Transportation Centers is where innovation begins, it’s where we are training a transportation workforce for the 21st century, it’s where projects are designed better, constructed faster and where our transportation system is made safer.

The Research, Education, and Training Reauthorization Coalition (RETRC) was created to advocate for and advance university transportation research.

RETRC is composed of 22 universities, which work with over 100 different universities spread across 42 states making it a truly national organization.
