Delinquent Taxpayer List

Delinquent Taxpayer List Information

In accordance with ORS 305.806, the Oregon Department of Revenue is authorized to publicly disclose a list of delinquent taxpayers who owe at least $50,000 in unresolved delinquent tax debt to the department. Individuals and businesses owing at least $50,000 in unresolved delinquent tax debt will be posted on the department’s public website.

Each taxpayer meeting these criteria will be notified by mail that failure to resolve their tax delinquency could result in their name being included on this list. Affected taxpayers will be given an opportunity to resolve their debt and prevent their information from being posted.

The list will contain only those taxpayers that have not resolved their debt. To be removed from the list, a taxpayer must pay the full balance due or otherwise resolve their debt with the department. It may take up to 14 days after your debt is resolved to be removed.

The published list can be accessed on Revenue Online under Tools.

If you are looking for guidance about your tax bill, please see our tax collection process.
