The Church in the Western context is in crisis.

The statistics are alarming: in the last fifty years the church has experienced a position of trending decline across the Western world. There is a great need to develop a new way of mission and being the church.

This is what Forge exists to do. We focus our energy on developing leadership that can understand the missional challenge and proactively develop strategies, approaches, and teams to be able to take the church onto new and uncharted ground.
