What is Bucketz Game Zone

Bucketz, LLC is an exclusive party venue, one of a kind children’s activity space, created to make children, especially boys, feel safe and welcomed in a fun environment designed just for them. Bucketz can also be used for children to celebrate their special day in their own way with private use of the entire facility. All the attention will be on them, since nobody but your invited guests are allowed in the venue in your allotted time slot. Bucketz is loaded with fun amenities. Bucketz main attraction is the NERF Battle Zone-loaded with blasters and a special blaster-only for the birthday person.

In addition to the NERF battle zone, Bucketz has video gaming systems with the newest games, and an interactive virtual playground that everybody can enjoy no matter the age, from adults to kids. The virtual playground promotes social engagement that helps with participation, self-awareness, positive interaction, and helps with being a team player, all while being safe and germ-free. Bucketz has a variety of add-ons available for you to choose from. Bucketz will work closely with each party planner to customize your event to be the very best.

Policy

Open Play & Private Party Policies

Waivers: A liability waiver & media consent must be completed and signed by parent/guardian for every child 17 and under entering the facility.

No drop offs: Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children and must remain on site at all times.

Deposits: $200 non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking. Balance due 14 days before event. If party needs to be rescheduled it must be done as far in advance as possible. Parties not rescheduled 14 days before the party date, will forfeit their deposit. Parties booked 14 days or less from event date must pay in full unless otherwise discussed.

Arrival Time: Party host may arrive 20 minutes before party time to check-in. Guests will be allowed in no earlier than 5 mins before party time. Arrive promptly to get the best experience.

Party End/Departure Time: All end times are listed on the website and final agreement. Bucketz Game Zone is only guaranteed for your time spot. We request that you and your guests promptly exit the game zone at the end time listed on your reservation. Extra hours can be added-on to certain time slots. Call office for more details.

Capacity: Bucketz can comfortably accommodate up to 50 guests.

Decorations: You’re welcome to use your own decorations and/or paper products in the party room. To preserve the integrity of our party rooms, we do not permit wall or ceiling decorations, streamers, silly string, confetti, glitter or piñatas. Pull string (as opposed to hitting) piñatas are allowed. If any of these items are used during the party, you will be subject to an additional $75 cleaning fee.

Video Game Zone/Nerf Zone: Bucketz offer video games with wireless controllers and Nerf blasters for your guests to enjoy while in the facility. At time of check-in parent/guardian may be required to fill out a credit card authorization form in the amount of $100 or $100 in cash-that will be returned at the end of event once everything is returned. You will only be charged if controllers or Nerf blasters are not returned at end of party.

Confirmation: We will contact you 24-48 hours before your event to confirm all details.

Party Food: Food will arrive 30 minutes after event start time. We supply all plates, napkins and beverages, if you booked an event that includes pizza or other catering. Additional food must be purchased for adults.

Cake: You can bring in a cake. We will make room on the candy/sweets display table if you added one to your package. Be sure to bring cake plates, knife and utensils.

No outside food allowed, only store bought snacks are allowed in the venue. No food or drinks are allowed in open play area or near electronics. Food and drinks can only be consumed at tables allowed for eating.

Outside Entertainment: DJ’s and photographers and other entertainment are welcome, but must have their own equipment. We have a Bluetooth speaker that’s available for use to stream Pandora, Apple Music, YouTube, or any streaming you choose.

Bucketz LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Bucketz Game Zone is a family oriented and safe party facility. Alcoholic beverages, drugs and/or weapons are not allowed in the facility. Violators will be asked to leave.
