Hello, everyone. In this video, we are going to take a look at the steps to troubleshoot multi-threaded PDFG conversion issues on a Windows setup. PDFG provides the ability to enable multi-threaded file conversions for certain types of files. This improves the performance of PDFG by allowing it to perform multiple conversions at the same time. To start with, click run on Windows start menu and enter gpedit.msc. Navigate to Windows settings and the local computer policy and computer configuration. From there, navigate to security settings, and then click on local policies. Go to user rights assignment. At this step, updating replace a process level token policy to include administrators. Add the user and click on apply. Additionally, you can also add or remove the user account from admin console as well. Login to admin UI console and travel to user accounts under services and PDF generator. Click on add and enter the username and password of the user who has administrative privileges and click on save and similarly, to remove a user, click the check box next to the user who you want to remove and then delete. So this is how you can troubleshoot multi-threaded PDFG conversion issues on a Windows setup, but remember, you need to restart the application server after making the relevant changes. Thank you. -
