The first step is to check that the correct version of Open Office is installed. Also check the Open Office dialogues are canceled for all applications. Next, check whether the PDFG user is added to the PDFG Config UI. Open the systemreadinesstool.html file from inside the Reports folder, under the PDFG SRT directory and check if it is clear of all errors for Open Office. -
