A little about St. Peter’s…
We are a vibrant community made up of people from many different walks of life, all seeking a deeper relationship with God: through worship, formation, and service. We represent the full spectrum of theological and political perspectives, sometimes disagreeing with one another about ideas that are important to us -- while trusting our love for one another is what is really important, and finding our unity in Spirit as we pray and worship and serve together.
The Episcopal Church
St. Peter's is an Episcopal Church, a member of the Episcopal Diocese of San Diego. The Episcopal Church is a Christian denomination, and is part of the world wide fellowship of churches called The Anglican Communion. You can learn all about The Episcopal Church beliefs and practices here, and a bit about our history here. Our diocesan site also has a nice summary of what we believe here.
