Set forth below are the reports submitted to-date by insurance companies in response to Insurance Commissioner Ricardo Lara’s Bulletin 2020-3, Bulletin 2020-4, Bulletin 2020-8 and any subsequent bulletins requiring adjustments to premium in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The reports set forth below are submissions that identify premium refunds to policyholders for a specific period and will be updated periodically as additional premium refund reports are received. Please note that the reports set forth below include only the information provided by insurance companies and the accuracy of such information has not been independently verified by the Department of Insurance.
