The friendliest library in town! Named after Thomas Oliver Hazard Perry Burnham who was born in Essex in 1814 and became a successful bookseller and publisher in Boston, Burnham bequeathed $20,000 to build a town hall and library in Essex. The library is an exciting place to learn and a meeting place for children and adults to enjoy activities. See our upcoming events on Facebook!
