On May 16, 2023, Pepco submitted to the MD Public Service Commission (Commission) an application for an electric multi-year plan, known as the company’s “Climate Ready Pathway MD” Multi-Year Plan (Case No. 9702). Pepco also filed revised tariffs, supporting testimony, exhibits, supplemental information, and the Multi-Year Plan (MYP) filing requirements as adopted by the Commission in Order No. 90729.
Two public hearings will be held both in-person and virtually on Tuesday, March 5, at 6:30 p.m. at Prince George’s Community College, Largo Campus, Kent Hall Administration Building, 301 Largo Road, Largo, MD 20774 and on Tuesday, March 26, at 6:30 p.m. at Silver Spring Civic Building, Veterans Plaza, 1 Veterans Place, Silver Spring, MD 20910. If you would like to participate virtually at the hearings, please send an email to kimberly.schock@maryland.gov by noon on Friday, March 1 (for the first hearing) or by noon on Friday, March 22 (for the second hearing).
