The Preserve’s plant collections are loosely organized according to region of origin: South/Southwestern Australia, West Cape of South Africa, Coastal Chile, Mediterranean Basin and California/Baja California. A network of walking trails connects interspersed specialty gardens and seating areas. Plant propagation and volunteer activities are centered in the greenhouse and the community center building.
