2020 - Hunter sat out the season with a medical redshirt.

2019 – Hunter saw action in 48 games for the Lions with 41 starts ... He hit .270 with 37 hits, 28 runs scored and 23 runs driven in. Of his 37 hits, 17 were extra base hits with seven homers, nine doubles and one triple. Defensively, he had posted a .943 fielding percentage with 48 putouts and two assists.

Prior to Southern - Hunter comes to Southern after two years at Three Rivers Community College ... Hunter was a two-time All-Conference pick at Three Rivers as he hit .349 as a freshman and .361 as a sophomore ... He finished with 37 career stolen bases and 39 career RBIs ... Hunter prepped at Maumelle (Ark.) High School where he was a four-year letter winner for coach Barrett Davis and the Hornets.
