LACOE's Universal Prekindergarten team is proud to offer this engaging, interactive, virtual, early learning book study, designed for administrators, teachers, providers and others who serve young children in early learning settings (i.e. TK or preschool classrooms, family childcare).

The virtual book study meetings will be held monthly, via Zoom.

The book, Creating Equitable Early Learning Environments for Young Boys of Color, provides a helpful roadmap for improving racial equity through strengthening racial awareness, addressing implicit bias, and creating culturally responsive environments for boys of color and their families.

We hope you'll join us for this valuable professional learning opportunity.
