LACOE's Universal Prekindergarten team is proud to offer this engaging, interactive, virtual, early learning book study, designed for school district and charter school administrators or instructional leads, teachers, providers and others who support TK planning and implementation or serve young children in early learning settings (i.e. directors, principals or Teachers on Special Assignment, TK or preschool teachers, family childcare).

The virtual book study meetings will be held monthly, via Zoom.

The book, The Powerful Role of Play in Early Learning, discusses the critical role of play for children, particularly in early childhood. Play is an important context in which children learn, experiment with new ideas, and make sense of the world around them.

We hope you'll join us for this valuable professional learning opportunity.
