Stan Lambert

A WORD

From Our Students

While I was a student of Abilene ISD, I was given many opportunities to be in leadership positions. Whether it was student council president, whether it was class president or whether it was a captain of an athletic team, those opportunities afforded me the chance to build a skill set that has allowed me to be in leadership positions today.

Rep. Stan Lambert
– AHS Class of 1971

Leslie Pickett

A WORD

From Our Students

I love AISD. AISD influenced me to pursue the field of medicine after a senior biology and anatomy teacher named D.R. Jonas directed me. It prepared me for both my undergraduate and graduate studies, as well as for my current position as a physician in Abilene, Texas.

Dr. Leslie (Pickett) Hutchins
– CHS Class of 2000
