Trails and Grounds open daily sunrise to sunset.
We will be closed Monday, May 13, to prepare for the visit of Antiques Roadshow. We will return to normal hours of operation Wednesday, May 15.
Guests can enjoy a year-round schedule of temporary exhibitions and experiences organized by Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art. These include traveling exhibitions as well as special presentations of artworks from our own collection and those of other museums. Members always receive free admission to temporary exhibitions.

Space Makers: Indigenous Expression and a New American Art examines the mid-century American art movement known as the Indian Space Painters and the relationship between those painters, the Indigenous visual and material culture that inspired them, and the artists from the modern Native art movement who expanded upon such creative explorations through their own visual heritage.

A Soldier’s Journey is a study for a monumental bronze by Sabin Howard. In 2024, the finished piece will be the centerpiece of the new World War I Monument in Washington, DC.

Danielle Hatch’s video meditates on heritage and collective care, documenting the ongoing collaboration between the presented women artists as part of a visual legacy of feminist art making practices.

Created as a collaboration between Jewel and Crystal Bridges, The Portal features a 200-piece aerial drone show choreographed by Jewel, a meditative art walk featuring works by prominent contemporary artists, a never-before-seen painting and sculpture by Jewel, and chef-crafted dining options as part of a complete experience for the body, mind, and spirit.

Inspired by Crystal Bridges’ sprawling wilderness, the Philadelphia-based Klip Collective will present an immersive nighttime light and sound experience that simultaneously transforms the museum’s North Forest.

The first major traveling exhibition to focus on the coexistence of art created between 1785 and 1922 by Native American and non-Native American artists, Knowing the West celebrates the American West as inclusive, complex, and reflective of the diverse peoples who contributed to art and life there.

Crystal Bridges and the Arkansas Coalition of Marshallese (ACOM) are partnering to present a new exhibition that focuses on the Marshallese community by infusing a reverence for tradition with an eagerness to celebrate Marshallese Indigenous culture here and now.
