2023 Day of Giving

Join fellow Roadrunners for the seventh annual MSU Denver Day of Giving on March 30! Day of Giving is a way for alumni, faculty, staff, students and community members to provide Roadrunners with the resources they need to rise to reach their goals in the classroom, in their careers and as leaders in their communities.

Last year, 1,148 donors helped raise more than $220,000 to support scholarships, special projects, student-support services, athletics, student clubs/organizations and more. Roadrunner supporters like you help our students level up and hit their high scores!

Ways to Get Involved

  1. Make a gift. Join the game and make your gift to any area on campus. Are you a faculty or staff member who participates in or is interested in giving through payroll deduction? If you start or increase your current gift, it will be included in this year’s Day of Giving challenge. Click here to give through MSU Denver payroll deduction.
  2. Create a match or challenge gift. Encourage others to make a gift by creating a match or challenge gift on any of our featured crowdfunding projects. When you make a gift to the Philanthropy Fund, your support will be used to set up match and challenge gifts on our featured projects!

Social Media Advocate Sign Up

The easiest way to make an impact on MSU Denver Day of Giving is by signing up to become a social media advocate. Becoming an Advocate makes spreading the word about your campaign easy, fun, and rewarding because you know exactly how many clicks, gifts, and dollars your outreach is generating in real time. The best part is, the advocate who raises the most money and the advocate that brings in the most gifts will win Day of Giving bonus funds to award to the project of their choice!

Last year, over 50 advocates brought in nearly $22,000 for giving day projects. We are counting on you to spread the word and encourage fellow Roadrunners to make a gift to help us reach our goal of 1000 donors!
