FHS - Absentee Form
Please use this form to report your students' absence. Only a parent/guardian can fill out this form.

If documentation (medical, court, colleges/universities) is required, you can upload the documentation in ParentVUE. After you log into ParentVUE, it prompts you to the screen with your students photo on it.  To the right of their photo, click on REPORT AN ABSENCE.  You can take a photo of the documentation with your mobile device then click upload.
