Are you an alumnus of UIC's College of Urban Planning and Public Affairs? Complete the form below and the CUPPA Alumni Association will work to connect you with current students and recent graduates whose interests and goals overlap with your experience.

Once connected, you can talk with a mentee to decide how frequently you want to meet and what types of conversations would be most helpful. Do they just want to do an informational interview? Or set up regular check-ins? Do they want to join them at a networking event, or just exchange emails?
