App is very glitchy and should be more user-friendly. To use it to look up ATMs, the app appears to prompt you to create an account first, so that is what I tried several times to do, unsuccessfully. The app took more than an hour to send me a "One-Time Password," by which time the app had timed out and the password did not work. On a later attempt, I got the password and was brought to a screen prompting me to "change" my password as if I had one and had forgotten it (rather than trying to create a new account). Finally, I went back to the home screen and realized there was a "Skip" option for that whole process. I was then able to briefly see a map and enter a zip code to see nearby ATMs, but the app kept giving me an error message that said my location could not be accurately determined (even while it showed my blue location dot right in the middle of the map I was viewing), so I couldn't just look at the map. The error message kept popping up and blocking me from clicking around. The glitches and unusable interface on what should be a simple product are making me hesitate as I consider switching to a bank that relies on Allpoint ATMs.

very good & very bad The very good part is that it does help find Allpoint ATM machines if you want to use a machine on that network. the very bad is that the app is very unstable. It constantly tries to communicate in the network even when you think you closed the app. this drains the cell phone battery quickly in weak signal locations. also, it crashes and pops up on the screen while driving with the GPS, again after you think the app is already closed. this is dangerous and annoying.

Flaky map search. Moving the map results in searching the *prior* center of the map! Zoom in on a unsearched portion results in no new search. Using the search box with name or zip code does work, so the developers aren't total amateurs. My suggestions: 1) show all locations on visible map at all times. 2) when the number of locations is large, use mini icons, then use larger icons with location name ("CVS", etc.) only after the user zooms in and number of locations is therefore reduced.
