This special after-hours event will feature a haunted Pirate Island exhibit that is not too scary, along with pirate games, crafts, contests, giveaways and other fun activities. Library card required.

Shiver me timbers! This special after-hours event will feature a haunted Pirate Island exhibit that is not too scary, along with pirate games, crafts, contests, giveaways and other fun activities. Note, at least one person 14 years or younger in your group must have a Gail Borden Library card. However, everyone will want to have a library card as all people who register for the event will be entered into a drawing for a LEGO® Pirate Ship grand prize. Whether a pirate or landlubber, you are invited to come in costume. All attendees must be registered—including family members accompanying kids. 

We are so happy that most people in our community have Gail Borden Library cards. If you still need to get a Library Card for you or your child, it is easy. Sign up online at gailborden.info/getcard or visit any library location. 

Registration for Not so Nightmarish Ghost Ship on Grove opens on September 1 at 9 am. When registering, at least one library card number is required. If you have additional family members who would like to be entered in the grand prize drawing, please enter their library card numbers when registering.
