CWU Climate Change Action Plan Event Series
Calling all students, staff, and faculty to share input and feedback as Central Washington University develops its first-ever, campus-wide Climate Change Action Plan!
Are you not a climate or sustainability expert but want to learn more about the opportunities to decarbonize our campus and address climate change? Excellent! This event series will be a great opportunity for everyone to participate in the climate change planning process, provide feedback, and learn more about the sustainability initiatives occurring on campus!
This multi-part series is committed to building a climate change strategic action plan for the University. Light food and refreshments will be provided during each event. Contact Jeff Bousson (Jeffrey.bousson@cwu.edu) for more information.
Focus on Sustainability
Central Washington University identifies maximizing sustainability as an important objective in its strategic plan. This includes reducing CWU’s environmental impact and improving resource use efficiency, which inherently includes environmental, social and economic aspects of sustainability.
